The history of Miyagiverse begins thousands of years ago when a group of ancient mages discovered a way to travel between dimensions. This created the Miyagiverse - a world located between other worlds - and the mages became its first inhabitants. Over time, the mages discovered more and more ways to manipulate reality and began creating pixel deities that became their gods.

However, as time passed, there were differences of opinion between the mages and their deities, as well as between different deities, causing Miyagiverse to be dominated by conflicts and wars. Eventually, a group of rebels emerged, deciding to release 5555 pixel deities from Miyagiverse, creating the "PXMiyagi" project. Now these deities are free, but they remain distrustful of each other and it is unknown what their future holds.
